1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The request for a refund is raised within 7 days of the course purchase.
• The learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• For live workshops or training sessions, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

2. Refund Process and Turnaround Time

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Once the refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• The credited amount will reflect in your original mode of payment or bank account depending on your financial institution’s processing timelines.

3. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• If the course has been fully accessed or completed.
• If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
• For customized coaching or consulting services after delivery has commenced.
