What is Agentic AIPM?
Agentic AIPM (Agentic AI for Product and Project Management) is the application of AI agents and agentic workflows to product and project management activities. These AI systems can support multi-step work such as product discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, risk analysis, project tracking, stakeholder communication, and decision support, while keeping human judgement and oversight essential.
